Lead Pastor
Ben came to First Church in 2014. Since then, he has served on FCC's pastoral team, becoming our Lead Pastor in March of 2019. Ben is married to his wife of 25 years, Kim. In addition to loving the Lord and the FCC congregation, he is a self-proclaimed Lord of the Rings fanatic.
Thomas McClure
Youth Minister
Thomas is from Northern Ireland and joined the FCC Staff in July of 2020. Thomas is married to his wife Kyleigh.
Mandy Adams
Children's Minister
Mandy has been a part of FCC for almost her whole life. She has volunteered with the First Church in various roles, since 2016. Mandy joined our staff in the summer of 2020. She and her husband Micah added a baby girl to their family in 2025.
Andrew Bassler
1824/Young Adult Minister
Andrew has called FCC home since 2023. He serves as our 1824/Young Adult Minister with a passion for leading people deeper in their relationship with the Lord. He, his wife Macy, and their four kids are active in all areas of the church and lead a Thursday night Bible study.
Cade Seckman
Worship Minister
Cade joined the FCC staff in the summer of 2023. He is from Columbus, Ohio, and is a graduate of KCU. He and his wife Jillian live in Grayson, KY.
Brooke Holley
Missions Minister
Brooke has been our Missions Leader since January of 2023 and has led dozens of missions trips over the past decade. She is active in multiple areas of FCC, and has a heart to reach, support & care for others.
Britt Bush
Men's Minister
Britt has been a part of the FCC family since 2019. He serves as our Men's Minister, the Sunday School Superintendent, teaches classes, volunteers in our Children's ministry and helps out wherever he can.
Dave Deborde
Administrative/Discipleship
Dave & his family have been members of FCC since 2023. He serves in administration, discipleship, youth and our 1824 Young Adult group.
Kim James
Women's Ministry
Kim has been a part of the FCC family for almost 10 years. She joined the staff in the winter of 2023. In addition to serving our church as the wife of our pastor, Kim leads the FCC Women's Ministry.
Kristy Dyer
Evangelism/Outreach Minister
Kristy has been a member of FCC since 1982. She is involved in many areas of the church with a passion for reaching others with God's love. Kristy is also one of the leaders of FCC's The Hub, which provides food, clothing and a variety of services to our community each month.
Vicki Gilbert
Administrative Assistant
Vicki has been at First Church for over 20 years. In that time, she has served as FCC's office administrator and has made numerous contributions to the church over the years.

Meet our Deacons
Deacons are set forth in scripture as servant leaders who compassionately administrate care of the congregation. In the ancient world, much like today, service was not seen as a high calling or office. However, Christ contends that serving others is the highest calling and office one could aspire to. So much so that in serving others we actually serve Christ himself (Matt 25: 31-46).
Deacons were first elected and ordained in Acts 6. At neighborhood, our deacons were nominated and elected democratically by our members. Our deacons are here to serve you and help meet any needs you may have.
